The experience
What it’s actually like
Aerolase Neo® is a gentle yet powerful laser treatment designed to calm redness, clear active breakouts, soften unwanted pigmentation and improve overall skin clarity. It’s one of our go-to treatments for rosacea, acne, razor bumps and ingrown hairs, and can safely treat every skin tone, including deeper complexions.
During treatment, you’ll feel a gentle warmth with an occasional quick sensation over areas of pigment. No numbing or cooling gel is needed, and most clients experience little to no visible downtime. Aerolase’s advanced technology delivers energy beneath the skin with exceptionally short pulses, allowing us to target redness, pigment and other concerns without excessive heat at the skin’s surface.

The science, briefly

We begin by thoroughly cleansing the skin and providing protective eyewear before treatment.

We complete your treatment with soothing skincare and SPF. With little to no downtime, you can get right back to your day.
Straight answers
What to expect from results
Aerolase Neo® is incredibly versatile, but the best results come from using it for the right concerns and as part of a treatment plan tailored to your skin.
Where it shines
Aerolase is one of our go-to treatments for redness, rosacea, active acne, sun damage, uneven pigmentation, razor bumps and ingrown hairs. Because of its unique technology, it can safely treat all skin tones.
What it won't do
Aerolase can improve overall skin quality, but deeper acne scars, etched lines and significant skin laxity are better treated with collagen-stimulating treatments like SkinPen® or Sofwave™. Melasma can also improve with Aerolase, but typically requires a more comprehensive, ongoing approach.
How often
Some clients notice calmer, clearer skin after just one treatment, while more significant concerns typically respond best to a series. We generally recommend four to six treatments spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance as needed. Aerolase also pairs beautifully with many of our other treatments, making it easy to incorporate into a customized skin plan.

Yes. Aerolase is one of our favorite treatments for helping reduce the appearance of persistent redness and rosacea. A series of treatments can help calm visible redness and improve overall skin clarity. Because rosacea is a chronic condition, occasional maintenance treatments may be recommended to help manage results over time.
